We are absolutely thrilled with the work that LM Stacey & Sons have done with us. Excellent service, the work is of a very high standard, Friendly and so approachable guys who always ensure that they are not disrupting us and work around us. The wetroom is wonderful and internal and external works have been carried out in a timely and professional way. They also clear up any residual dust. I would highly recommend them to carry out adaptations. Good, old fashioned service from a family firm.

Seems to be a contractor that shows up unannounced multiple times, takes months on end to sort a simple job out. Surveys jobs and then claims to be able to undertake them, but clearly can't. Claims to do us a favour, and then we are the and I quote "ungrateful" ones. And when told to leave my property, tried to hold open my door to come back in to make photographs the absolute cheek! What unprofessionalism. I had to tell him NO, and let go of the door!! - I have never met or dealt with a contractor that just shows up whenever they want to carry out works. I actually had to put up quite a fight to even get them to make an appointment, and when they did they got it wrong. Great management, not. Disabled adaptation works, as you can imagine the stress the disability and health issues can cause to a person and family, this was most certainly unwelcome. I have now contacted in regards to the job they clearly cannot do properly a flooring specialist and they have said and shown me that they would never have even approached the job the way they did and can do it far better simpler and much safer then LM Staceys & Sons! What a joke!!! The job entailed a simple level threshold conversion on our doors. The guys whom came and took a look at what they did actually chuckled and said we will fix this up right for you no problems! Even showed me pictures of how they have done it properly too! Unbelievable.

This company are family run and offer a superb service. I have had a great experience from a friendly and professional team. 100% would recommend them to anyone. Thank you L M Stacey
