Appalling customer service and very rude staff. My order was sent to a different address , they tried to insinuate that I have inserted the wrong address and wrong email( the email they had on record was also not mine) . I tried to explain that it was probably a glitch in their order system but they kept blaming it on me. They refused to refund me or resend my order. They just stated that if my order gets returned they’ll send it back to me!

I havnt used product yet as it didnt arrive till now. First they shouldnt charge customer for standard delivery and second way to slow delivery services. It looks like its coming from faaaar awayy..

It's the first time I'm leaving a review online but this one ✧ REALLY DESERVES IT ✧. I ordered Organic Clear Skin Foaming Face Wash OY! on 10th of July and even though it said it might take some time to deliver it came on 12th, 2 days later! Whilst ordering you can choose some freebies which is a nice addition. I'm a 24 yo girl who never had many problems with the skin but I do have my struggles. My skin is quite mixed up, depading on the day. But I was looking for something that would help me with pimples rather then doing the opposite and not overdry my skin. Now every face wash I buy in a normal drug store always left my skin a bit red no metter how 'delicate' it was supposed to be and it was never really working. I decided to look for something more natural online and that's how I found green people. They got me with the price which was a bit more expensive then what I'm used to spending but at the same time not as expensive as other products. And it works!! I haven't been using it long enough to see proper results but it doesn't leave my skin red at all which is such a relief!! It doesn't smell very nicely but it's something you get used to and I'd rather have this smell then irritated skin. Definitely recommending this product! :)

Recently started a little project to fill some treat boxes for NHS/Keyworkers during COVID. Great product, In Love with the mascara the best I have tried ! Downside is that one of the Shampoo I bought had sodium coco sulfate so make sure you read the ingredient not all product are 100% natural

I've used Green People products for years. It's been amazing for my dry/sensitive skin. P.s. the children hand sanitiser is a nice alternative to harsh soaps in public places.
