Poor customer service, very rude delivery staff, avoid using if possible Edit: Thank you for your response however my review is not about the kerb side delivery but the rudeness of your driver from the moment he arrived, as you can see above the kerbside delivery was not mentioned as an issue at all as this was confirmed to be your policy. your attempt to downplay my reveiw without calling me to enquire what my issue was as part or your "investigation" only further demonstrate the poor customer service.
